V help....i think


HI,

i was wonder if anyone knew how to get those lines that are on the outside of your six pack(near your hip), i think they are called V somat or another, thanx guys.

They are achieved by working your oblique muscles (search), it's not called a V though, that's your back where your lat's taper down to your waist.

thanx mate, very helpfull, does anyone know an exercise that directly hits those muscles, i red that if u lie on the floor and rasie your legs then twist them from left and right, that that wud work, is this true?

You might want to check this link out for working your abs, and by the way mate...it's real hard to get one of these oblique lines unless your seriously getting into the low bf% .

i have another question if u dont mind , when u said i have to have low body fat, does this mean i have to loose wait, or could i turn more of it into muscle because im also looking to get a little bigger. one more thing, is it better to do ur workout during the day or night? thanx : Axe

You have to have the majority of your weight as muscle, and the minority of it as fat, obliques will probably come through at around 7% well they do for me.... I would workout in the day when possible as then you have your daily nutrition to start the repair process asap, but whenever you can will have to do.
