i've got a couple of veins on my forearm and biceps...but not on my shoulders..how do u guys get veins there? i do lots of over-head press and flat/incline bench press....

Same thing here, veins only on my biceps and forearms.
This is a good thing for me though...I don't like veins very much.

Yeah veins are cool(unless they are inside the bum in which case it hurts like a mofo). Dunno which women are turned off by it. One of my favourite exercises is to do hammer curls and see the forearm veins swell up
Just starting to see some vein color in my biceps and sholders(If I look real hard).
