Question

Waist Reduction

Does anyone know of any certain workout that can trim inches off my waist? I am not overweight and I work out everyday, but I can see that I have extra fat on my waist that can go but won't with the excersizing i am doing. If someone knows a solution or idea, that would be great!

Dinner Table Pushaways are probably your best bet

But seriously, folks...no specific exercises will burn fat from a specific area of the body (this Holy Grail of short-cut body composition changes is known as 'spot reduction' and simply doesn't happen) and even a really good, really intense exercise regimen can't take the place of adequate attention to the quantity and quality of the foods you're taking in.

The best way to trim those inches is to make sure you devote as much attention to grocery shopping and cooking as you do to your workouts.

Eat smaller more frequent meals (5-7 daily)
Eat more unprocessed fruits and veggies (5-10 servings daily)
Eat more unprocessed grains
Eat more lean proteins (chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, cottage cheese, etc)
Cut out saturated fats and replace with healthier mono & poly unsaturated fats
Eat less foods with added sugars (cakes, candies, white flours, juice drinks, etc)
Cut out the sodas and replace it with water
Workout hard
Eat to feed the machine

abs excersizes won't get rid of fat, they will just make your abs larger and more defined. if they are covered by fat, then you need to drop bf%.
