Hello everyone, ive been liftin lightly along w/ intense cardio since about the beginning of january... im 6' 3'' and was at 211 lbs when i started, im now down to about 189 and still no showing of abs...ive done this mostly in an unhealthy manner by intense cardio and skipping meals, but what body percentage do you usually need to get too to start showing the abs???? thanks for the help, it gets frustrating!!!
