Weird problem walking!

I've been doing some advanced bodybuilding for 10 years now, 6-220 and generally healthy.

I can run 3 miles or walk continuously for two hours no problem, but once I drop by a museum or some place where I should walk a little then stop to look at something the problem starts!

I walk for half a minute, stop for a few seconds then when I start moving again I feel stinging pain in my heel mainly, little pain in my knees, general tire in my back and i just have to sit!

I sit for five minutes then feel ok, but again when I start the "walk/stop/look/move" the same pain and tire comes back. Again, if I continue moving without stopping, I can just go on forever.

I've seen a doctor and he told me crap about toxics in the joints that come from muscle burning energy and that my body gets rid of them slower than others, then he gave me some useless vitamins that did nothing but giving me bad sleep

Anyway, soon me and my woman are heading to Europe where we plan to visit many museums and historical places, I look forward to it and don't want to miss thigs up, can someone advice me on what to do or take to solve this freaky roblem?

P.S. I have been having this problem for a decade now, and whatever causes it, it does not seem to effect any other thing I do in my life, just the walk-stop-walk again rutine

my guess is you should check your posture while standing.

could be that you're putting pressure on one heel and irritating the achilles tendon?
