hello.. i'v been working out for about 2 years 8months and recently changed gyms my new gym is much better than the gym i was going to before exept for one thing they have no machines for forarms like my last gym had one that you could use for your grip and one other one and now i just hang off a chin up bar for as long as i can to do the same thing but what i was wondering is besides doing
wrist curls and upsidown wrist curls with barbells is there anything ellse i can do for my forarms i only ask because i can never really feel a burn with those ones and
