What can be done at work sitting at a desk?

I work as an inside sales person, so I am at a desk all the time. What can I do to help reduce fat and build muscle sitting at a desk all day?

I used to be an avid gym goer a couple years ago. Since then I had got mono and have not been back to the gym seriously. This was a couple years ago. I am 5'10" and was 165 in my prime at about 9% body fat a couple years ago. When I got mono I went to 145 in less than 3 weeks. Since then I have not been back to the gym consistantly. I just recently started going again but want to know what I can do to help at work.

Any ideas?

Change your diet as much for the better as possible.

As far as I'm aware, there is no way to get effective exercise- the sort that makes real body composition changes- at your desk. You're gonna have to do that in the gym or in a home gym, I'm afraid.

I have no problem going to the gym again (Started 3 weeks ago, Sad I waited so long).. But since I do sit my happy but down here for 8-9 hours a day, it would be nice to do something little.. I was thinking about even bringing a set of 20lb DB's to do a couple quick sets of bi's to get blood flowing and wake myself up..

Do a search for "Office workout". Someone posted a website a while back and it actually had some good suggestions on it what you can do sitting at your desk for resistance exercises.

Nevermind: I did it, here it is.
