What cardio as a side to weight-training?


So my routine looks like this:

Monday: Upper Body Weights / cardio
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Middle Body Weights / cardio
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Lower Body/legs weights / cardio

Currently as far as cardio is concerned I'm doing 5 minutes of electric bike as warmup then I do weights and post-weights cardio is just basically another 20 mins of ebike...

I'm open to any suggestions as to what to do

do whatever gets ya sweaty, lol.

biking - upright, recumbant
stair climber
elliptical trainer
swimming
hiking
brisk walking
jogging
running
sports
whatever.

27/01/06: bench - 170; squat - 195 (wrapped); deadlift - 210; total - 575; need - 617; to go - 42
