What is the weight difference between men and women ?
Suppose we have ideal men & women, perhaps farmers, no junk food, but not starving either, excellent health. Also suppose same height, ideal weight. Whats is then the weight difference between an ideal man an ideal woman ? Is there any ?

I would say there is a difference. It appears to be a sliding scale, as the size gets bigger, the more difference. A small male and same size female may have 10 pound difference. A large male and female may have 30 pounds difference.
Try This
It says my ideal weight is 120 with a range of 116-145. A male at the same height is 130. My actual weight is 125 ± 3 lbs. It says my hubby should be 178 with a range of 147-183. A female at the same height is 160 His actual weight is 180 ± 3 lbs.

It says my ideal weight is 115!! With a recommended weight range of 112-140. I can't remember the last time I weighed 115! or below 128 for that matter. For the past 5 years I've been below 140 once at 135 and was always being told how sickly I looked, and I was too thin... Interesting.

okay, that thing is WAY off: 115lbs!??? i look *disgusting* at 115 - all bones jutting out like the old grey nag! says my range is 112 to 140 - 140, okay, i look (and feel) good there, but 125 is my rock-bottom minimum.

Hey they tell me at the doctor for a 6'3 guy with my build i should be 185 at the most. Ya right. I told my doc (a female) that i have more weight between my legs than that. She laughed, was shocked i said it, but laughed.

ummmm dude, she's your doc - she already knows that - or will eventually. She'll even know things you don't know - just wait until you are 30. And trust me on this - after 30, stick with a lady doc - they have smaller fingers.

And the problem with BMI is that a person with a fair amount of muscle is going to fall outside the "acceptable" range. I've gained 16 lbs since I started lifting, but I still wear the same size jeans. Although I'm built pretty small, so I'm probably still in the "healty" BMI range.
