What speed and how many hours of running on a treadmill
Will help lower my body-fat? I want to lower my body-fat quick as possible. I'm currently at 20 percent and I have been riding my bike outside alot and bike riding seems to not burn that much fat at all or unless my genetics are holding me back or something. The thing is, I'm not fat, actually I'm slightly odd built and I have a high body fat percentage at 5'9 170 pounds... Odd... I need to fix it because I want to look cut and lean. Help!!! I have a treadmill, how long should I train on it for and what speeds should I start out? I want my body fat to go down asap. I don't want to wait months for my body fat to reach 12 percent, I want to do it in like 2 weeks? Is it possible?

sorry to rain on your parade, but 2 weeks for an almost 50% drop in bodyfat is not gonna happen. This is largely a function of your diet. It would help if you could post up what your diet is like, as specific as possible.
As far as cardio, anything that gets your heartrate up is going to do the job. Many around here like high intensity interval training (HIIT) or guerilla cardio for their fat-burning. I'd do some reserach on those.

That fat wasn't deposited in 2 weeks, and it's not going to come off that fast either.

In addition,....no one here can tell you what speed, incline, distance, etc., you "need" to perform at, because one factor is: body composition. Two people of the same weight will not "need" to work out at the exact same settings for the exact same results if their body composition varies and their metabolic rate is different.
It depends on how much metabolically active tissue you have, your personal rate of caloric burning, your fitness level, your genetics,....and yep, diet. Also don't underestimate acclimation. If you keep doing the same thing, each time, and expect a change,.....won't happen.

The more you do and the more intense the more caloreis you will burn simpl. Just keep on running and the weight will fall off. However if you want to lose fat over muscle and want to keep the weight off you need to investigate diet resistance training and a long term sensible cardi approach such as hiit

This reminds me of a conversation I overheard at the club while training a client (the absolute WORST time to hear THIS type of conversation!) Two of our youngest trainers at the club were working out together (I'm not sure if they've reached their 20th birthday yet), and one of them (male) was saying to the other (female) how hard he's working to, and I quote: "drop 10 pounds by next weekend."
Of course, what happens? People lean in to try and "learn" what a "trainer" is going to do to "drop 10 pounds by next weekend!" ....this of course leads to questions about how THEY can do this, blah, blah, blah.

Well.....you can decapitate yourself. That's pretty much the only way to lose 10lbs that fast.

That creates a really nasty vision in my imagination,....but would make an ideal vision for a horror flick.
