What To Do

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help. For the past 2 years ive basically done nothing and have put on weight. Im naturally skinny, but weight has obviously appeared on my face and chin and my belly. I was wondering what would be the best way to get rid of this ? Just general excercise ? Would getting back into a normal routine see it off ? Thanks

Eat less. If you want, throw in cardio, but if you are naturally skinny you probably don't need it, just create a deficit and you should be fine.

What he said....

Eat less, lift a bit of weights and do a bit of cardio and itll come off quick if youre naturally thin. Cardio and eating would probably do it. Heck, run on a treadmill twice a week for 30min and watch your food intake and you should see a difference.

oggs-make sure you start small and progressively get into a workout. if you go big your first day at the gym, you will be so sore you won't want to go back. i was in your shoes 1 year ago. i think that it is crucial to have a schedule, routine and have a goal. keep track of you progress whether it be on the scale or body fat %. that number will keep you coming back, and before you know it you'll look great and will be looking at bigger goals.

^What haugenj & Arith said. Cardio will get the 'baby fat' off your face. IMO when you lose the fat off your face your whole appearance changes because the face is the physical feature mainly noticed.
