whats the most effective way to lose stomach fat


i dont have much but its enough to irritate me, ive tried sit-ups for sum time but it jus feels like im toning the muscles and not losing any of the fat.

That's exactly what you're doing - working the muscle underneath the fat layer. Fix up your diet and create a caloric deficit (burn more calories than you consume) and you'll start to see results. It's not possible to target fat loss in a specific area. You have to lose the fat all over. Unfortunately, the stomach is the last place the fat leaves with a lot of guys.
