Wes sunlight is a good thing when you work night. Studies show that people who work nights are more likely to commit suicide. I use to work nights. 1100 to 0700. It took a while to get adjusted to. I'm talking a couple months. I don't work nights anymore but I did get perscribed Ambient a few weeks ago for restles sleeping. I'm still waiting for the side effects of having sex in your sleep and sleep walking beinge eating. LOL

One more thing to consider is are you eating enough fat? When my fat intake is lower, I sleep less, and less restfully. When I increase it a bit, I sleep better.

Yep, all they can get. Probably why my cats all dissappear in the fall. My cats are pretty fat - then they are gone.
