I've done Winsor Pilates for around a month. I'd do the 60min workout 1 time a week and the 20min workouts around 3 times a week. Along with that I'd do 30min of cardio every other day. I also added reverse and standard crunches, lunges and sidebends to my routine. I don't suggest using the same
workout routine after a month, seeing as your body will get use to the video and you won't be getting the results you did as when you started. Winsor Pilates mainly just tones you up a tad, but you still have to add cardio into the routine to see results.
