Who has experience with Windsor Pilates?


Ive just added this into my routine 3-4 times a week.

Im wondering who out there does this regularly? What kind of results have you gotten? What excercise do you do on top of this for an all around comprehensive workout regime?

I've done Winsor Pilates for around a month. I'd do the 60min workout 1 time a week and the 20min workouts around 3 times a week. Along with that I'd do 30min of cardio every other day. I also added reverse and standard crunches, lunges and sidebends to my routine. I don't suggest using the same workout routine after a month, seeing as your body will get use to the video and you won't be getting the results you did as when you started. Winsor Pilates mainly just tones you up a tad, but you still have to add cardio into the routine to see results.

Thanks Nicole...

I do 30 minutes of Cardio a day... along with about 30 minutes of weight training.... the pilates is just to add a little more of a sleeker/ longer look to my physique.

Again... what kind of results do you people see from pilates? If any.
