So once again I've started a gym schedule which I plan on sticking too but I've one concern .. that being my abs seem so week!
I'm naturally skinny though never see my abs (I know I need to eat right and lower
body fat) and although I work on my abs twice a week I seem to be getting nowhere as I can only do around 8 sit ups before I gotta stop.
The sit ups I do is where my upper back comes off the ground a bit then I go back down to where I touch and come straight back up. Even now I can still only do around 8, what am I doing wrong?
