Question!


Will i stop growin taller if i start lifting now? have been liftin for a few mths though..lol...My age 16yrs old. HT:166cm.

It can happen, but it's rare. As long as you train right, you'll be fine.

Probably not unless you do something wrong and injure yourself. Can be averted by having experienced people pay attention to your form and starting out light weight 'till you have it down.
