Working out and Eating right... but No weight Loss :(

I have been working out 4 to 5 days a week for about 4 months now. I feel great and feel stronger, but i see no difference on the scale.

female, 27, 178 lbs. 5' 4" 42%body fat.

Workout: 12 to 1 pm
M-1hr of kickboxing(actual kickboxing)not tibo
T- 1hr step/weight training intervals
w- 45 min cardio
Th- 1hr cycling/weight training intervals
F- 1hr spinning class or 1 hr elliptical
Sat- 1 1/2hr optional cardio/weight training

Diet
breakfast- 1 cup instant oatmeal or vegi omlette
lunch- lean cuisine meal (usually under 300 cal)
snack- piece fruit or 1 small bag peanuts
dinner- chicken. shrimp, or fish grilled or baked with vegetables and/or side salad and carb(rice, pasta). All in proper portions.

I drink only water and herbal tea. no soda ect... And about 3 -5 alcholic bev per week.

Could i have insulin resistance? Hormonal embalance?
Help!

What do your clothes tell you or what does the mirror say? Those are better indicators of fat-loss than the scale

Ok but probably not enough food for all that work Have you added up those calories - How many? Add in another snack or two. One before your workout (fruit is good here) and one after dinner (cottage cheese is good here). Dinner is too big - cut out the rice/pasta and keep the rest.

Probably not but go have fasting blood work done and that will answer both of your questions.

First of all, you could start by reading the other threads about diet (pay special attention to the stickies). Pretty much all your questions have already been answered in other threads.

About the medical questions: the most qualified person to answer those would be your doctor.
