working out in the night?


im gonna start working and ill be busy until late, iut will be at a resort on the north coast of jamaica, sandals i hope, and the night is the only time i can get to the gym!
how late is too late? and what diet/sleep changes do i need to change?

Sometimes I have to delay my workouts until 11 or 12 o'clock at night too. The way I see it is that "better late than never." I think the most important thing is to make sure you are still achieving 7-9 hours sleep per night. Try having a siesta before work in the afternoon. Apparently napping is good for you- worked for Winston Churchill! Failing that take up yoga, yoga campaigners state that half an hour of yoga is the equivalent to a 'cat nap.' It's a good way to stretch out those muscles you worked out the night before too!!
