Working out sick PLUS - the DIFFERENT signs of heart attacks for women!

I know there's a thread about working out sick (mostly contributed to by guys) but I read an interesting article about not just that, but how, by correlation, there are many different signs we as women get up to a month before a potential heart attack that are different than men. Since it was printed within the same article, I thought it might be worth a peek, and since our symptoms may mimmick cold & flu:

It has strenghened my opinion to treat everyday as my last.
Work is a non essential thing that we all over induge in.
Work, play and keep stress to a low limit.
Always remember you dont work to live, or live to work!
Balance everything in yr life and you will smile a true smile.
We are a long time dead, so make now count.
Sorry i do get on the horse and gallop sometimes
