Working out to blow off steam

Hey how beneficial is it to work out when you are pissed. I mean like do like 500 push-ups to blow some steam? You know all you guys do it every once in a while.

Ha I just did it today. My social studies teacher was really pissing me off. Thank God I had gym 2 hours later. I was legextensioning 280 pounds! I was calf rasing 410 for my first set and 360 for my second. Leg curling 165 (ha ha how weak).

I have really strong legs, especially for my age. One thing is my squat sucks. I did 135 10 times then upped it to 165 and could only do 1 rep cause my hams were really sore. I haven't squatted in a while. I was gonna progress up with the squat. Everything else is back in tune even though i had to take off for concussion recovery.

You can squat for 165 once but you can deadlift 400+ for one (remembering what you said in the chatroom)?? that is odd.

No this was after about a 2 month brake from lifting period. My hams were sore to the point I didn't want to push them cause earlier this year i pulled both of them pushing them. I did 165 easily it's just it really hurt cause i haven't squatted in a while so that's why my hams were stiff.

Wouldnt people pissing you off in the weight room get your adrenaline pumping even more? It woud suck if someone was making funny faces at you and you were deadlifting like 400, ad you like lost your strength - Hole in the floor!

But yeah my brother was pissin me off so I went to down to my basement and jumped on the pullup bar, and I proceeded to do 16 pullups, shoulder width, and I weigh like 145-150lbs.

It gets it flowing plenty. Like today I was preacher curling 85 and then this ****head comes up to me and says "oh are you gonna get another concussion from that?" I just pumped out 9 reps and then put it down. I said "come the **** over hear and you lift this weight. Let's see you even try to get 1 rep." I hate those pussies that mouth off to you but can't back it up. That's what motivates me to lift. People know when there is not a witness around to mess with me. Otherwise people mjust shoot off their mouth at me like i'm a pile of **** and treat me like it to because they know they can get away with it. I mean no matter how good the come back I come with they don't stop. If there was a witness around it would be a fine and suspension for me. Don't wanna do that. Well I can't wait for the day when I can hand it to them.

chill man. you sound like butters from south park, you know right before he becomes dr chaos?

anyway i got in some serious trouble at military school for a confrontation with an upperclassman in the weight room because he was harassing me and a buddy. on one hand he shouldnt have been bothering us, just the same i probably should have been more polite about asking him to stop. just goes to show that every one should just lift, spot when needed, and mind their own business.
