working out with a sunburn

hey guys! new to this forum.
i am an avid fitness enthusiast and have gathered a lot of knowledge on lifting and nutrition and such, but i have one question that i cannot seem to get a definitive answer to through research.
so i went to the beach yesterday and got a mild sunburn, about 85-90% (including my face). now i am facing a predicament, do i go workout with this sunburn? i know that sunburns damage the sweat glands, which are critical for working out, but to what extent? aside from the obvious pain involved in working out with a sunburn, what other sideeffects are there?

and thanks in advance for your input !

I've worked out with big fresh tattoos. I'ld say suck it up and lift.
But what do I know? I'm just a lug head!

Put on some aloe vera. That'll make ya feel better. Everyone's pain tolerance is different. If you have to take a day off from working out, then do it. It's not the end of the world or anything.

I had a friend that burn herself pretty good, then worked out. The sweat got caught below the layer of burnt skin and then that skin had to be pealed off. Doesnt sound like something I would want to do... but thats just me.
