I am looking for a workout routine to improve my golf game. Any suggestions?

Try this: Golf-Trainer.com. Note the four tabs along the bottom of the page.

pilates because you get a good core (stomach) workout.
Yoga because it gives you flexablity.
I believe these types of workouts do a golfer good
I play every chance I get, which sadly, isn't as often as I'd like to.

I don't think bodybuilding exercises are all that great for golf. What you need is explosive torso strength. The quick lifts would probably give superior results, although I'm in over my depth to say any further. Perhaps Ebon00 or Abarlament could comment.

Definitely right about the flexibility, though. Increased range of motion is key to improved hitting. There are lots of golf -specific stretching routines available out there.
