Workout Types

Hey everyone..
I am putting together a new little online workout planner.. I have catagories/types for workouts and so people can define what kind of workout they are "making"
so far I have the following types:
Cardiovascular
Circuit Training
Explosive
High Repetition
Low Repetition
Muscle Gain
Muscle Tone
Power Lift
Pull
Push
and Other

I want to have as many as possible so it is easier to define what the type of workout is... (and not have to resort to "other")
can anyone suggest any Workout Types that I have forgoten?

Thanks Alot
Mike

It's probably not necessary to put much effort into such a list. What's the point?
