Hi guys,
I'm not into hardcore training but i like to keep fit. I want to workout my stomach, arms and
chest area, my problem is i go abroad quite often so i prefer doing stuff which i can do anywhere such as press-ups (for the arms) and sit-ups (stomach) and stuff which i can do without having to use any equipment. I was wondering what else i could do for my arms, stomach and chest?
I would like to strengthen my forearms and i heard someone on this forum mention a technique where u stretch ur arms out as wide as u can then make a fist really tight then stretch them out again and do this about 50 times. Will this help for my arms?
Also, i've heard that u shouldn't workout more than 3-4 times a week...why not? Isn't it better if u do more?

PS: I use squats for my legs which i have found very effective so i'm ok in that area.
