yea one thing you can do that is quite simple like body said is
a - give up smoking
b - give up or reduce to weekends/socially, drinking that is (which means you dont have to get wasted drunk when you drink, alls you need is a polite buzz! thats socially drinking)
c - eat better foods, theres nothing wrong with eating oatmeal, and real bread not that crap fake white bread, and pastas, and real fruits n vegetables lots of them, and all kinds of meats... quit eating fast food and quit buying hotpockets and Hungrymans... they are no good for you... the sh!t is not even real food!
