Wrist bones

I have a question about the few bones that are on the underside of the wrist...are they easy to snap? I mean, when I workout, they "protrude", and it kinds worries me. I know, I know, stupid thing to worry about, but are these things prone to breaking from working out?

I wouldn't have thought so, as you're muscles are supporting the weight.
I just had a recall of that scene in the Fly, where the chap breaks his wrist while arm wrestling.. ouch!

It takes a lot to break a bone. I wouldn't worry about it snapping under heavy use. There is a picture floating around where a guys leg snapped while squatting, but he had about 900 pounds on his back when it happened.

i think you might be confusing tendons as bones/ i know if i flex my arm, there are a bunch of tendons that stick out on the underside of my wrist, not bones though.

They feel kind of like bones though, but I trust you. So these tendons cannot snap either or what?

well they are pretty solid tendons but they are still flexible. they can't snap but they can tear just like any tissue in your body. i wouldn't worry about it though.

There are 8 carpal bones in the wrist and each are joined by plane joints, which mean they have a gliding action and they are quite flexible. So, it is very difficult to damage the bones of the wrist. You are more likely to damage the radius or ulna in a fall.
