Yoga


Anyone else tried this to augment their training program? I just started back up today after a lengthy absence and it was awesome, and I worked a lot harder than I usually work in the gym! :thumbup:

yoga definitely hits some muscles that don't get hit with weights. also, the stretching is a great supplement...

note: my only experience is with ashtunga yoga...
