Yoga...is there contact with others?

In yoga, is there personal interaction (i.e. touching) between students, and student with instructor?

There can be. It depends on your comfort level and the instructor. I've found when I take a yoga class at a public gym they don't do too much touching. Whereas if I sign up for a class that I'm paying for and it's a small enough class the instructor will walk around and will help you correct your form.

I've never done it in a class.

There is no need to touch yourself when doing it alone.

Agree with ajarvis.
Caution: there are a few instructors who may try to force u into a pose, causing pain and potentially injury. Get out of such a class. Dont give in to the instructor.
