Hiya Amkey, yeah that's me ... about a month ago, just after xmas, down from 230lbs to 217lbs @ I think it was erm, 9 - 11% somthing like that... I got a whole load of new photo's on the same day...I was deciding whether to post them in the before and afters forum, but then collage took over my mind and until now I've forgotten all about them lol. Anyway, yeah 'tis me Why, should I be worried ? Is it that bad ? lol BTW ... you can tell by the curtains behind me, those curtains are famous on DF... every pic I took has been infront of them, I think lol

I was until I mashed my leg up... I don't think I'll ever go in for a bodybuilding competition now... if I were to enter a comp it would be another powerlifting one, I just love the feeling you get when everyones watching you lifting that bar...was pushin for one this coming summer but training has been halted so looking at this november now. And thank you very much for the kind words..makes me wanna hit the gym righ now

That's cause your from the UK. You can get away with allot more over there. My wife is from Malvern so I get plenty of stories. I can't imagine being able to drink as young as people over there can. We would have 20 million teenagers sloshed all of the time.

The one thing that I couldn't get over was the girls. You always hear that brit girls have bad teeth and some other stuff but I have to tell you, when I was in London it was like a candy store. The country was a bit different though. AHH London, I can't wait to go get pissed again and get into a fight with an Irish guy or two.
