your bench press max?

Just curious, how when you guys started working out, what was your bench press? What is it now? and How long have you been working out?

I have been working out for little less then year and a half. 1st year, i did not take any supplement at all. Now, i take creatine and protein but i do not eat right I am planning to start this after taking some cooking classes in college and learn how to cook.

And ways, here are my results.

starting max bench press - 95 lbs.
now max bench press - 190 lbs.

I am currently 5'6 and wieght 148 lbs. And trust me, if you look at me, you couldnt tell i can max out at 190 lbs. But working out for year and a half pays off

Good job; if you eat right you can get that bench up to 225 no problem.

started at 19: 95
right now 24: 245-250

I'm 5'6 too, and my weight is 137, so if I can do it you can too.
