Addictive TV bad for a known procrastinator!

Watching a Ninja Warrior marathon. I'm crazy addicted to this show. Crazy obstacles. Need to be light with massive upper body strength I reckon.

Earlier watched a whole bunch of Last 10 lbs and Bulging Brides episodes. Like those shows too. Just wished they'd show more diet stuff (like in the Brit show You Are What You Eat) and more of the exercises.

I got to admit, I prefer UK/NZ/AU shows more than US shows. They have less drama.

Thanks bodyshop20, unfortunately, as I'm back in the usa, I'm limited to what BBC America brings out. But I'll keep a look out for it.

Cool site. I can't find supersize vs super skinny. BUT i am able to listen live to the Eng vs AUS 20/20. I love 20/20. My first 20/20 was NZ vs AUS. If they played the Super 14 too I'd be in heaven. But I doubt they will as its more a southern hemisphere tournie. Checking out the other shows. Some aren't available, something about a tv license. But still cool. Thanks!!
