Anyone a fan of Criss Angel?

I'd love to know how they do half of what they do: Reaching through glass, cards inside inflated basketballs across the court, rings in bottles.....admittedly, I am intrigued by illusionists. You can't help but wonder how on earth they do what they do, plus to think of how many people you have on your crew and everyone manages to always keep their mouths shut and never reveal the secrets. THAT is quite an accomplishment too!

I'll reveal a clue about the world I live in: I didn't even know who he was until I read this thread. I did check out the video. For me, it was semi-interesting and a yawner at the same time.

I did some searching and I found this site where Criss Angel himself explains his magic tricks. As you can see, it's all about creating an illusion.

Just stating my opinion on him chill guys, you guys take this too seriously.. like its something your getting paid for.. its a forum i can understand no swearing or insulting etc.. But i just stated an opinion looosen up

If you'll notice, he "reveals" how his illusions are performed right around the time they're debunked (that may be the wrong word,...perhaps I should say, "around the time someone else figures out how he's done it" and THEY reveal it),...he beats them to the punch.

He's shown a lot of tricks to people, and even during the Armagosa "seance" he explains how much of it is a mind trip, both he and his coordinators, discuss how important it is to be able to use the art of distraction combined with being able to take people on a head trip, and he's very good at it because he is very good showman, a good entertainer, and knows how to grab the attention and misdirect their attention to exactly where he wants it, when he wants it.

I still like David Blaine.....he's less flashy and not as "in your face" and more subtle, which I think is cooler. But I have watched Chriss Angel. (Notice what a wide female fan base he's got? Women are by nature more impressionable IMHO than men, in general) <-- waiting to get slammed for that comment.
