Book: Zen in the Martial Arts

Highly recommended! I read it in college (years ago) and every so often, I get it out and read it again. It's a book about the author's life, and how Zen principles can effect daily living. It's full of anecdotes and stories about the author's experience training with many teachers, including Bruce Lee. The author is Joe Hyams.
