Ok, so I gather from title what his movie is about, but why are people sending him death threats over it?

Because he's a mouth breather.

He just has a very one-sided non-objective view of things, which tends to piss off a great deal of people.

I cant wait to see it, if its aired over here in the states. I saw his Bowling movie and I thought it was great. He makes very good points.
