I use Soulseek or Bittorrent. But who would ever want to rip off the music industry?!

How many kb/sec do you guys get?

BTW, other than DC++ or i2, the best filesharing program I've used is Bearshare, bar none.

Usually about 80 kbps at least, but the ones I use I have to pay a little bit of money (pennies per song.)

I usually get at or above 100kb/s with torrents and soulseek is dependant on the hosts speed since it's direct p2p.

i2hub, i get 11mb/sec from people in my school, up to 6mb from people in the UC system, and anything from 50k-5mb from other schools. makes life just too easy.

actually it's 1024... i was going into it all in my above post but decided to not bother, until i saw the above.. just remember all the conversions are done with 1024, not 1000, look it up if your curious why.
