I map for games such as Doom 3 and Quake 4 heres some screens tell me what u guys think?

I really wanna get into level design for video game making and stuff, i sent a couple of my screenies into the game industries they said they pretty much said they werent good enough :[[[ idk what im lacking.

xtrem my son of 19 yrs is like a robot in the film tron, he games all 3 hrs and creates lands people love to game on.
Game company dont even look at his stuff
