considering I though all previous saw movies were stupidly made, with stupid plots, all while lacking any scary sceans. moslt just sadistic garbage, i'm going to say no just save your $$..
just my opinion though

lol
while they had some sadistic scenes I actually like the plots in the first and 2nd ones. Other movies like chainsaw massacre for example I thought were more pointless
Thanks for the feedback

I think they have interesting plots as well. Sure sadism is involved, but if you pay attention, the mind games that Jigsaw plays are like playing chess,.....things hiddden in plain sight, including him (in the first one),...it kind of goes to show human nature under extreme conditions, and how often we ignore the simple answers in persuit of more complex possibilities.
I think there ARE psychological components and it's not just a blood fest (hmm,.....blood fest),.....okay let me rephrase....it isn't just a gore fest, or intstines hanging out (actually they were the uterus of pigs, but that's besides the point),....or needles (cleverly crafted of fiber optics),.....at the time of watching, I think conceptually they're actually kind of clever.
I haven't seen Saw IV as no one will go see it with me and it'll end up "wait til video" (which is my usual approach, I hate going to the movies anyway),....but I'd watch it. If nothing else, to get to Jill, his ex-wife, and find out more of why he became the way he did. I think it should be interesting, especially the first 20 minutes,....and to see if there's another climactic twist.

Me either. I prefer to make my own judgment completely independent of what others may think. After-all, my tastes tend to not always coincide with the general population.

I sometimes wonder if reviewer's tastes really coincide with the general population. I think sometimes they're so high up on their snob horse that they just don't see things the way regular people do.

Going alone is kind of lame isn't it? I keep hearing saw 4 sucks but I'd go with you. I can't really drive 1503 miles to pick you up though. 40 or so miles to pick up a date with similar ummm tastes is about it for me. Going with a friend tomorrow to see 30 days of night. I keep hearing it's the scariest vampire movie of all time. I hope so because she's driving 45 miles to meet me tomorrow night to go see this one.
Hmmm 750 miles maybe for something with some real teeth maybe...but not for a saw movie. Got any ideas and want to meet halfway?
