What, no news on the Transformers film that Speilberg signed on for?

http://tformers.com/article.php?sid=3244

Today is the first I've heard of it, but I was surprised to see no mention of it here on this thread, what with your advance knowledge of sequels and comic based movies Jak.

well paul walker may be a BAD actor, but Vin Diesel is one of the worst out there, i'm still trying to figure out why this guy has a career, he in no way compares to arnold when he was an action hero. Vin tries to act tough and u laugh, then he tries to be funny as your face turns blank (yeah...the joke really was that bad).. In the end i doubt people will really care too much who's in it, as long as they get to see they're little ricer cars pootin' around and goin into "warpspeed" with a shot of nitrous...ridiculous. I was so happy to see the old muscle cars in 2fast2furious, then i actually got pissed off when the one car (Paul) chickened the Dodge Challenger out of a victory, but i guess they at least showed the muscle cars really are a lot faster. From what i can tell around town here lately, the ricer trend is starting to fade, not much, but enough to notice.

I disagree. I think Vin Diesel is a really good actor. No one is comparing him to Arnold, dude. Arnold INVENTED the genre, Vin Diesel is taking it to another level. Have you seen A Man Apart? I thought he was great in that. Not many people liked XXX but I thought it was awesome, and besides the great stunts, Diesel's constant one-liners crack my **** up!

Boondock Saints and House of 1000 corpses are both very good movies. Rob Zombie I think is a very disturbed man. The Directors cut is supposed to be one of the most violent and disturbing films ever made.

I thought that movie was very disturbing. I like disturbing movies. They bring out raw human emotions, at least in me. It kinda reminded me of the original texas chainsaw massacre in the way that it was a unique and very disturbing film especially for its time.
