Yeh I absolutely loved it. Who was your favourite character? I liked Elijah wood as Kevin because that's such a weird concept lol. He was very creepy

the thing with the over-the-top acting, it just WORKS! i guess because everything else is so over-the-top - and i loooooove the "black and white and red all over" colour format.

I can't wait to see that movie, but I'm too much of a collector to buy it now. I've gotta wait till the super big bad directors cut with 2,000,000 hours of extended footage comes out.

Did anybody spot Rutger Hauer in that? He's in it, but I don't know what role he played yet.

I just got home from work and since I work in the Home Electronics dept., I decided to buy the movie since it's release day. I am looking forward to seeing it, I hear it's brutal. I was very torn though, there are three different covers to the DVD. I thought long and hard and figured, I just HAVE to get the one with Jessica Alba on the front! *drool*

I have to agree with your choice but aren't there supposed to be 4 covers?

I decided to look and it seems as though there are actually 5 covers. http://www.joblo.com/index.php?id=8233

I only saw 3 of them that we got but i'm happy with the choice anyhow. I just finished watching it also... I was not as impressed as I thought I would be. It jumped around almost exactly like Pulp Fiction (there's what you get for having Quentin "guest" direct). I think the only thing I enjoyed was the miriad of high level actors, other than that, it really wasn't anything to write home about. I shoulda rented it first...Doh!

Quentin only did one scene in the movie, but it does seem he persuaded Robert Rodriguez a little to use his style. I love Pulp Fiction though, and Sin City is pretty darn good itself.

I'm in love with Devon Aoki..she is just hot, pure and simple

Great movie for those who can pay attention throughout the whole thing.

Definitely a good movie, but you can't be tired and you gotta get into it. I wish I could have seen it more than once. I wonder what they will have in Sin City 2 and 3.
