Summer 2005 Movies

Ok, so I normally don't go to the movies, but since I got a new boyfriend who LOVES to go to the movies as much as I do . . . . i have been going and I am looking forward to the new movies. Lets see:

The War of the Worlds
Batman (just out of curiousity)
Star Wars

I mainly I want to see the War of the Worlds, I just know that its a remake. Was the original any good?

Kingdom of Heaven looks Gladiator-tastic.

Well, that depends on what you mean by the original.

The (in)famous Orson Wells radio play was *quite* well done. The fifties movie? A B-movie classic to be sure but I don't know that I'd say it was good, exactly.

As an aside, the three movies you listed are all on my wannaseeinanactualtheater list as well.
