This is different than the one that has been on the web, this one just came out today. Apparently, this movie doesnt suck. Moriarty over at AICN has a lot of good things to say about it:

So looks like we got two decent comic to movie adaptations on the way (The other being hellboy.)

Looks pretty damn good to me, and the reviews are good too. Of course, what do I know... I liked the first punisher movie.

Hey now, I've put out the disclaimer many times before that I enjoy B movies. If the first Punisher starring Dolph Lundgren (or any D.L. flick for that matter) doesn't qualify as a B movie, I don't know what does.

Bad movies can be just as entertaining as good movies, in a different way. :
