Tool coming out with new cd?

I heard this from one of my friends, she said that maynard is done with the a perfect circle tour, and is currently makin a new cd with tool. (which by the way, the apc tour kicked ass, went to one of their shows, lighting, sound, ambience was a major thumbs up) Was just wondering if anyone knows this for sure.

P.S. Danny carey will drum anybody into a coma.
