I remember the old bugs bunny cartoons with the buzzard that would sing the bumble bee song and had that moving adam's apple.

Merrida,

Jack LaLanne has a website and I remember viewing some of his old B&W show clips there. I believe there is a video he sells of them, and I am sure there is something on youtube.

I can't remember his website address but I'm sure you could find it in less than 2 minutes and 2 seconds as Chuck Woolerly (spelling??) would say.

Holy smokes! You know what else is interesting? Look at how jacked he looks. I see guys lifting weights who don't have that much mass and definition. Incredible, just incredible!

And yeah, as Liftgirl says: How does he DO that?

What a body, what a physique. And for those of us who "feel the IRON in our BLOOD" so to speak, our appreciation for the effectiveness of resistance training,....to look at this man who does BW only exercises and see this, is just mind-bending!

I still can't believe I don't remember his dog. It's not like me to forget that. But either way,....that man is a true legend.
