What movie are you REALLY looking forward to?
Bored and thought id ask this heh.
What (Confirmed only) movie are you REALLY waiting for. It could be a release 3 years from now or this month, whenever.
My personal one is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy due out in 2005. I personally dug the 81 BBC HHGttG even though it was cheesy as hell =)
How about you?

Movies in general have really been lame over the past several years. My standard for new releases these days hovers somewhere between 'watchable' and 'didn't suck THAT much'.
I generally get far more enthused when something like Back to the Future or Notorious is released on DVD than about new movie announcements.
So that said, about the only thing I'm even remotely *eager* to see is the third LotR. I'm curious about (though not exactly on the edge of my seat) the third Star Wars as well but would be far, far (get it? far, far? damn, i'm clever) more excited to learn Lucas gave in and decided to release the original three (in their original forms) on DVD.

Oh man, you've seen it? I haven't been able to find it around here... I'll probably have to get it on DVD.

I get to see alot of Independant and unreleased films due to friends I have in the movie community. Since i used to do movie reviews I am still friends with alot of reviewers who get invited to go see pre-screenings, etc.. and they take me with them =)
