Some decent music in here... some crappy too 
For me its all about Opeth and Metallica, depends on the mood though. Sometimes Ill feel like rap so itll be bone, twista, or do or die.

godsmack rocks! I saw them in phoenix back in 99 I think. It was a super small club and they rocked the crap outta that place. Im pretty sure it was right before voodoo started getting popular on the radio.

hmmm cant really say I have a favorite... more like, all are awesome but the ones they overplayed on the radio are slightly less awesome.
But if you want a GREAT cd, pick up the new TOOL! it is fan-freakin-tastic! and the cd case is the best case ever made, and to top it off it was only $10

Picture me running around slapping everyone and throwing dumbells threw the mirrors, putting a 5 pounder on the guys barbell while benching, setting the speed on the treadmill to 98 while a little old lady is on it, and peeing in the shower while listening to this.... Ya..
*Note* I've never done any of this. Except the putting wieght on a guys bench while benching.. that was in high school. And the speed setting on the tredmill. That was in high school to. And not on an old lady, she looked like she was in her 60's.

ya... tool is another band that I just love ALL of their songs. But Aenima is up there in the top 3 probably, the long drum fill towards the end gets me VERY pumped! I really like sober as well, its a shame they dont play it in concert because of too much radio play...

if anyone likes rap here please check out three 6 mafia. They never fail to pump me up when i work out. Red Rum, Ridin Spinners, Half on a sack, Gang signs all pump me up.
Also if u guys havnt heard of him an underground rapper for the Bay Area Cali andre nickatina has kickass songs to workout to.
