What's the best concert you ever saw?
Just curious, what is the best concert that you ever went too? I've been to a lot of concerts and have seen quit a few of good ones. I saw the Stones this weekend and must say they were superb.

Vixen opening for Bad Company back in '89. I'm not telling why it was the best but I sure had a great time. And got rid of a GF I didn't like anymore.

I'm going to see Slipknot October 25th at the ACC in Toronto. I can't believe they are still around.

I think it was May 2001 when Dave Matthews played at the Vet in Philly and Carlos Santana came in on a few songs. It was pretty incredible.

I saw Peter Gabriel during the So tour in 1986 or '87. There were amazing visuals to accompany a huge band, maybe 30 people for some songs.

Van Halen With Dave in 1979, 80, 81, 84 (1984 was so so)
Van Halen With Sammy in 1986, 88,92, 2004
Night Ranger 1984, 86, 89, 96 (if you young pups know who Night Ranger is)
And Believe it or not I saw Hall and Oats in 85 and they surprised me!

I can't see a single reason why he shouldn't be. They are both excellent.
I do like the girl bands in person better though.

I guess.
In another life (as my friends and crew put it) I was a guitar player. Hell I even won 4 amateur Billboard awards and came in within the top 10 of Musician Magazine's best Independent Bands of the 80's.
Van Halen and Night Ranger had the most exciting guitars in it I like the use of the "Whammy Bar" (Floyd Rose Tremolo)I also like KISS and Aerosmith.
But as I said it was a Lifetime ago and another Life
Someone I hadn't seen in years stopped by and aske "are ya still doin' music?" I had to answe "No I don't have the time." And I was proud.

I would definetely like your daughter welch.
They sound amazing in concert. They are one of those bands where its not that it just sounds like its straight off the cd, but it sounds even better.
That, and if you are into moshpits, its a lot of fun.

No you wouldn't. Something about a 16 year old girl who lifts, runs, and fights MMA (KB and JJ - I've been training her for 10 years)- The fellas don't like that for long. Somehow with her, no really means no and she backs it up. At least she has stopped listening to rap and started listening to some real music now.
