I like crazy amounts of music, so I can't pick a favorite song. Here's some good workout ones that pop to mind tho.

Static X - Black and white
Godsmack - Whatever
Eminem - The way I am
Limp Bizkit - Hot dog

during powerlifting meets i was all about slipknot surfacing but when it came to deadlift i was jumping around yelling and getting jacked up to liberate. i got a lot of stares but i also had one of the higher deadlifts

Slipknot seems to be good workout music. If I were to pick a few I would choose:
  • Something from The Hives
  • Something from Soilwork
  • Dimmu Borgir/Audioslave/Children of Bodom/Immortal etc
I wasn't able to stop there I'd say anything with pace really. Too bad my lousy gym only plays hitlist tunes, like Timberlake, All sorts of R&B and loads of other squeeky teen artists I don't know (and don't want to) know the name of
