i've been cheating all weekend long....stupid hormones make me want to devour everything. i do throw in some good stuff too though, salmon salads, veggie chili, but a lot of bad stuff has creeped in too.
I have done well keeping it together surprisingly. Usually on holiday weekends i lose my mind and eat eat eat. I had a cheat day thursday last thursday and the rest of the weekend to this point i have kept my calories under 3000...not bad. I'm pretty proud of myself actually. 'pats himself on the back'

I cheat on sunday, only, no matter what. If I allow myself to "reschedule" a cheat day, the next thing I know, there'll always be an excuse (especially in the summer) to cheat ALL the time.
