Why Do I keep getting injured?


Hey just wondering if anyone has any advice on why my training partners and i keep injuring ourselves training.Thought i would post video of me and mates training for best analysis. Thanks for any help.

Well man they all look pretty experianced to me, I couldn't really tell you why you guys are getting hurt... It' beyond me :confused:. By the way Max, which one of them beasts is you ?
