Workout music

I'm sure this thread has been done, but I thought it sounded like fun...

What music do you like to tune in to when you're working out?

Today for me it was (scanning the stations):

Ludacris: Stand Up
Staind: So Far Away
Nickelback: Figured You Out
Little John and the East Side Boys: Get Low

(and some other stuff I can't recall)

How 'bout you?

You DID preface your post with "I'm sure this thread has been done", but I still feel the need to respond with a smartass list of links.

Must... restrain... self... from... being... smartass...

Workout music!
music
workout music
Do you like the music they play at your gym?
need some music

Obviously I failed in my restraint efforts.

Well, my point being that it would be something fun for people to post about today- not that I was really personally interested in learning what people listen to...

Wonderful self-restraint you have! j/k

If Richard Simmons were to walk in, half ****, singing "America the Fag filled Country" with a dildo in one hand, a ass paddle in the other, I would still prefer to workout to that rather than Ice, Ice, Baby...the worst and most annoying song by a white guy in the history of human history.

You have your priorities ass backwards then. Van Winkles banging a whore while Simmons is most likely sharing Aaron Carter with Michael Jackson.

We have a support group over in the post whore thread... we don't actually try *not* to become smartasses, but we have a good time nonetheless.

As far as workout music goes... anything from the 70's and 80's baaaaaby!

Skynrd, Foghat, Foreigner (oops how'd they get in there), Derringer, War, the list goes ever on!
